Historically, these oils have been reported to relieve pain, open the sinuses, and aid the body in overcoming both bacterial and viral infections. This blend is mildly stimulating and may keep poor sleepers awake if used before going to bed. If this is the case, we suggest using this blend during the day and lavender oil by itself at night. This blend may be added to any carrier oil (2 drops per teaspoon) but will be most effective as an inhalation (2 to 3 drops in steaming water) or, in a warm bath (2 to 4 drops).
